honors Western Digitech for participation in
Microsoft’s Windows 2000 Rapid Deployment
Program Susan Richwagen, Microsoft’s Windows 2000 for Small & Mid-Sized Businesses Product Manager, says that Western Digitech was an obvious choice when Microsoft went looking for partners capable of successfully implementing Microsoft’s newest operating system technology. "Western Digitech has a great reputation as a provider of technology solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. We knew the company has the technical excellence that this program demanded and are thrilled that they choose to participate in the RDP project". Western Digitech worked with Bienstock & Clark, a well-respected downtown Miami law firm to implement Windows 2000 before the product was released to the general public. Michael Cesarano, an attorney at the firm, was impressed by Western Digitech’s knowledge of the product, especially since Microsoft had not yet released it. "The engineers at Western Digitech know their stuff, and the process went very smoothly. Western Digitech even worked with iManage, the manufacturer of our document management software, to resolve some compatibility issues that initially stood in the way of the Windows 2000 deployment. It’s good to know that our systems can run on the most advanced and up-to-date operating system software &emdash; now we won’t have to make changes to our network for the foreseeable future".
